PLEASE CAREFULLY READ AND REVIEW THESE TERMS BEFORE COMMISSIONING ME.
By placing an order with me, you are consenting to the following terms and conditions.

You will be asked to answer a password located in this TOS to continue the commission process to ensure you have read through them throughly.

Payment

Cashapp, Paypal, E-transfer (Within Canada).
Buyer pays shipping and any payment app fees. Fees will be calculated before the first payment, and the shipping will be calculated after the fursuit's completion.

A down payment of at least 50% of the quote given is required before I purchase any materials or start any of the creation process. The rest may be paid in a lump sum (within 3 months (90 days) from sending the down payment) or through a payment plan.

Payment Plans

A payment plan with me must be at least $350 USD biweekly or monthly. However, I am flexible on this and this can be discussed to fit your needs. I will not ship the suit until I have received the full payment including shipping.

By choosing to pay using a payment plan, you, the buyer are agreeing to make payments as scheduled. If you discover you are unable to make payments as scheduled, you must contact me before the next payment is due to discuss the situation and new terms to continue or cancel the arrangement.

Refunds

A refund of the down payment will be available in full before I order any materials/start the creation process of your fursuit.

If you request a refund of the down payment after I have purchased the materials/started making your fursuit you may only receive a partial refund based on how much work I have put into the suit already. The refund amount, if any, is at my sole discretion.

Refunds will not be available once I have finished the fursuit.

By requesting a refund, depending on the circumstances, you may be automatically added to a private blacklist that prohibits you from commissioning me again.

Requesting a refund means you are backing out of the commission you have chosen to pursue with me as your fursuit maker.

I have the right to sell the project as is or finish it (with small tweaks so it is not a 1:1 copy of your character.), as a premade item, if you request a refund and I have already started the creation process.

Do not commission me unless you are 100% sure you have the funds and want a fursuit from me.

Delivery Approximations

These items take time and many hours of coordinated labor to create in a process that is typically completed within 3-6 months after an order enters production.

I will make all feasible efforts to complete the product during the quoted delivery window, however, failure to complete the order during that time shall not be considered a breach of the terms of the order. The date I give you to expect completion is not binding.

Modifications during the creation period

In the case you decide you would like any modifications to your order after you have sent the down payment, I will have the sole discretion whether to accept any requested alterations or changes to the order. Such modifications may result in an increase in cost and an adjustment of the estimated completion date.

IMPORTANT In the case payments cease without warning

In the event I do not receive a payment from you within 3 months (90 days) from your last payment, I will consider the commission void and the project abandoned by you. It is at my sole discretion whether or not to consider a commission abandoned.

If your commission is void and considered abandoned, I have the right to sell the project as is or finish it (with small tweaks so it is not a 1:1 copy of your character.), as a premade item, and you will not receive a refund. The password is "Clover".

you will also be automatically added to a private blacklist that prohibits you from commissioning me again.

Shipping

shipping will be calculated after the fursuit's completion, and after it is packaged and ready to be weighed. Then I will work with you to find the cheapest shipping option. I will not ship the suit until I have received the full payment including shipping from you.

I am NOT liable for damages that may occur while the fursuit is in transit. I always buy insurance for the package when I ship it, and I will use ample bubble wrap, and do everything else in my power to keep the fursuit safe.

If the fursuit arrives heavily damaged due to how it was treated during transit, and I am able to receive an insurance payout, depending on the damage, the insurance will be split between myself and you the buyer. The percentage of the payout you receive depends on the amount of damage, and it is at my sole discretion to decide that amount.

Video evidence of you opening the package containing the fursuit for the first time will be required to confirm the damage occurred during transit to receive your portion of the insurance payout. Please be ready to film the opening of the package if you believe the fursuit may have been damaged in transit.

This Agreement is subject to change at any time at the discretion of myself without notice. You will only agree to the version that was public when you commissioned me. Nothing will change for you if I update my TOS during your commission, your agreement will stay the same.
